The location is perfect, right by Gare du Nord and metro stations, as well as restaurants and markets. The room was beautiful and tidy, with a private bathroom featuring a walk-in shower and bath sheets.

I stayed for 1 day and did not want to leave there. I would definitely book again. The hotel was ideal. I greatly enjoyed the outstandingly accommodating staff and fine breakfasts. Its location was particularly good to Gare du Nord train station and in a great area.

The staff were very friendly and offered guidance. I truly enjoyed the very central location, as it was close to an underground station.

The location was comfy and unbeatable, with a metro station close to the hotel. There was a modern restaurant, shopping centers, and a bakery next door. We loved having a room with walk-in showers.

Its a bit quirky, rooms are funny shapes. Beds were good and room was very clean. Well located near Gare du Nord and easy find.

The breakfast staff at Maison Du Pre were efficient and provided a reasonable breakfast. We enjoyed the variety of options available to us each morning. The location of the hotel was also convenient, as it was not far from Gare du Nord and close to the Poissoniere metro station. Despite some shortcomings mentioned in other reviews, we found the hotel to be pleasant overall.

Everything great.

The hotel is very good value for money. The location is good with decent distance towards metro stations which bring you to the city centre in about ten minutes. The room is decent for the price and so far clean. There is an elevator and the rooms are quiet. Furthermore, the breakfast is good (certainly for Paris) and consist of a baquette with jam, honey or choclate paste and a croissant with tea/coffee and jus d'orange.

The hotel has a cooperation agreement with a local parking, which means you pay 12 euro per day instead of 24 euro a day. The location of the parking is not so easy to find and the cooperation is not well organised.When you check out, make sure you ask for a stamp on your receipt as you need this for the discount on the parking! The parking owner is very unfriendly.

The hotel is absolutely adorable! It isn't modern, but is furnished in a way that reflects the bohemian feel of Parisian life. The rooms were reasonably spacious and clean, bathroom was a good size and had a small window/balcony. It is a short walk from Gare du Nord which makes it easy to get around Paris. Also within walking distance of Moulin Rouge and Sacre Coeur. The staff at the front desk were nice and cheerful, and we liked to sit in the bar and use the free wi-fi.
